This right-hand drive vehicle was manufactured in Australia in 1951 and was designated as a utility vehicle. It soon became commonly known as a “Ute.” It was purchased in Australia and was shipped to the United States for restoration. The restoration was completed in a frame-off manner that took two and a half years to complete.

The vehicle has been modified to be more user-friendly and with that, fun. Modifications that occurred during the restoration includes a Fat Man front clip, power steering, electric power-assist front brakes, disc brakes, variable-speed windshield wipers, 10-disc CD player, heater and air conditioner, cruise control, 1987 Ford Thunderbird independent rear suspension, modified El Camino rear bumper, 25-gallon stainless steel gas tank, leather interior and rear tonneau cover.

The rich paint color is Black Rose poly accented by custom birdseye maple wood trim. The Ute has won numerous first place awards since its completion.
