"the 22.5-gallon fuel tank adds to the Jag's reputation as a long-distance hauler, allowing a range of more than 400 miles between fill-ups. And the adjustable pedals, along with the 12-way power front seats, enable the XJ to be custom fitted from the tallest to the smallest driver" .... "the firm, yet comfortable seats, the supple leather throughout the cabin and the generous amount of luxurious-looking wood trim. Editors have also noted how well the suspension isolates passengers from bumps, and the abundance of power at all times; the car just exudes smoothness."
