This Dodge is powered by a 230-cid, 102-hp inline six-cylinder engine that is connected to a three-speed manual transmission. Dodge produced 9,500 two-door convertibles in 1948, only 3,167 were the Custom model. The Custom line Dodge models are distinguishable from the Deluxe line primarily by the addition of rear fender moldings and dual electric wipers. you also notice the impressive chrome grille and molding body that extends from the grille to the trunk.
