Cunningham’s three Corvette entries are exhibited for further scrutineering at Le Mans, 1960.

The trio of Cunningham Corvettes receive their final preparations in Monsieur Guillon’s garage.

Briggs Cunningham takes a moment to pose in front of one of his three Corvettes before the race begins.

Briggs Cunningham (foreground) sprints across the track to #1, while Dick ‘The Flying Dentist’ Thompson (#2) and John Fitch (#3) follow suit.

Briggs Cunningham, Dick Thompson, and John Fitch jump into their respective Corvettes as the rest of the field follows suit.

Cunningham fires up the #1 Corvette as Alfred Momo and the paddock crowd cheer him on.

Cunningham’s #1 leaves the start with Thompson’s #2 following just behind.

The #1 Corvette is pursued by the eventual race-winning #11 Ferrari TR59 of Olivier Gendebien and Paul Frère.
