This unusual and unique Cadillac was assembled prior to being purchased by the current owner in about 1990. The original Cadillac Coupe DeVille body assembly was professionally installed onto a 1983 Suburban chassis with a 5.7-liter engine, four-wheel-drive positraction front and rear axles and oversized wheels and tires. It is believed, but not confirmed, to have been built at the request of the vice-president of Cadillac for a personal friend and assembled at the Cadillac factory in Detroit. This custom built Cadillac is mostly original and has been used sparingly since it was created. It is in very good overall condition.
