Reliving the Legendary Blundell Pole Lap in the History-Making Nissan R90CK

Watch as Ben Collins covers Le Mans history with this era-defining Japanese racer, which achieved pole position over its opponents by a staggering six seconds during qualifying.

This is the very 1990 Nissan R90CK driven by Mark Blundell, complete with its distinctive turbo wastegate sound and prodigious 800 horsepower output, which achieved 238 miles per hour on the Mulsanne straight. With Collins at the wheel, back on the track in Le Mans, this fearsome racer comes alive once again in its natural habitat. A very special chassis in endurance racing history, this car will cross the block during RM Sotheby’s special 100 year celebration auction, held at the 24 Hours of Le Mans on 6 June 2023.
