The Packard Caribbean Convertible was a thoroughbred of open-air motoring in the 1950s; designed to capture the spirit of driving adventure through engineering excellence and styling beauty. This car is one of only 500 Caribbean‘s produced in this model year. The Packard is powered by a 352-cid, 275-hp V-8 engine that has two four-barrel carburetors and is connected to the Ultramatic Drive automatic transmission to deliver, according to advertising of the time, the “most stable, smoothest, softest ride ever offered.”

Benefitting from a concours quality frame-off restoration that was completed just three years ago this lovely Packard has traveled less than 50 miles since and remains in exceptional show quality condition. The paint as well as the brightwork are in excellent condition and the interior is like-new. Equipped with power brakes, power steering, and power windows it is also complete with the load leveling suspension and is equipped with dual rear antennas and chrome wire wheels shod in wide whitewall tires. Garage kept and properly maintained in climate controlled storage this Caribbean is finished in Dover White over Tahitian Jade and Adriatic Blue and is sure to please the lucky new owner who will enjoy many fun filled days of top-down cruising.
