This outstanding 1962 Triumph TR-4 is the subject of a five year restoration to show/driver level, and has won the top concours class for TR-4/TR-4As at both the Vintage Triumph Register and the Triumph Register of America, the two largest North American associations that specialize in Triumph automobiles.
The body was stripped to bare metal, hand finished, primed and sealed, and all body parts were painted individually and fitted with precise panel gaps. All glass is new and correct, and all mechanical elements have been rebuilt and fully run-in, including the engine, transmission, overdrive, cooling system, heating system, brakes and electrical system. The gas tank is new and a correct stainless steel exhaust system is fitted. The car has a period correct Parrish/Smoothline hardtop and an expertly fitted soft-top and tonneau cover provide for top down motoring.
