289 cu. in. overhead valve V-8 engine, floor-mounted three-speed manual transmission, coil spring independent front suspension, semi-elliptic rear springs with live axle, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 108 in.

Offered in blazing red with a white top and matching interior, this Mustang is an excellent example of Ford’s successful pony car. Equipped with mostly stock options, it was restored several years ago and still has the attributes of a nice driver. The body and finish are in presentable order, with very good panel fit throughout. The underside was also fully restored and remains quite tidy. The engine compartment shows signs of little use and has been cosmetically upgraded with a chrome air cleaner and valve covers. Not to be overlooked, the interior was also treated to new bucket seat covers and carpets, and it features the original AM radio. The advantage of this lovely Mustang is the experience of a pure, early Mustang that has not been heavily altered.
