Like all SS80 De Luxe models, D1184 includes the fully sprung rear wheel, bottom link front forks, a rolling stand, pillion rolling stand, and the specially tuned ‘De Luxe’ engine. Restored in 2014 by a marque specialist, this SS80 conforms to its original specification, and it retains its original JAP engine.

Originally supplied to A. Briggs, this SS80 De Luxe is recorded on the Brough Superior Record Card as being dispatched on the 5 January 1933. The record card notes that both exhaust pipes were on the right-hand side and the bike was fitted with a dual silencer. Kept in pristine condition since its restoration, this Brough Superior is truly an exceptional example of an exceptional marque.

Come tutti i modelli SS80 De Luxe, la D1184 comprende la ruota posteriore completamente ammortizzata, la forcella anteriore incernierata in basso, un carrello motore su rotelle ed il poggiapiede a pedivella oltre al motore con la preparazione "De Luxe". Restaurata nel 2014 da uno specialista della marca, questa SS80 è conforme alla sua specifica originale e conserva il suo motore originale JAP.

Originariamente consegnata ad A. Briggs, questa SS80 De Luxe è registrata nella Brough Superior Record Card e risulta spedita il 5 gennaio 1933. La scheda di produzione rileva che entrambi i tubi di scarico erano posti sul lato destro e la motocicletta era stata dotata di un doppio silenziatore. Mantenuta, dopo il restauro, in condizioni immacolate, questa Brough Superior è un perfetto esemplare appartenente ad un marchio eccezionale.
